Stobswell Voice Newsletter 2024/25

To pay the costs of design, publishing and distribution of three newsletter print runs of 5,000 (total 15,000) in 2024/25 focused on the areas of most need in Stobswell.  Examples of articles over the last year include, the regeneration of Albert St and the District Shopping Centre, the call for a reduction in HGV’s and Inter city buses using Albert St, support for Boomerang Stobswell and Dundee Womens Aid and the promotion of the Art Night Art Festival.  There were also articles highlighting local public art and how to report graffiti and fly tipping to the council.  The newsletter aims to encourage people to become more involved in local issues and seek feedback on issues like the forthcoming 20 MPH zones and community festivals and work to build community cohesion and reduce isolation across central Stobswell.
