Castle Green Play Area Enhancement

Additional funding would be spent on supporting the project currently out for tender to enhance the play area at Castle Green. An important part of the proposal is to provide more inclusivity and accessibility which will come in the form of a basket swing, inclusive roundabout, and flush wet-pour safety surfacing. New seating would also be beneficial to the play area as the current benches are deteriorating. Any additional funding could be ‘ringfenced’ for any particular items the Forum may choose to fund.
