Youth Programme

The grant will be used to run 12 sessions targeting different age groups in the Minority community in Dundee. The mental health impact on the BME community in Dundee is growing even though there is stigma attached to it. The sad reality is that very few organisations are targeting or providing support to the said community.

Over the 2.5-month period we aim to run • 6 sessions for 20 young people aged 14-24 years old with games, socialising, food and discussions. The aim is to improve their mental wellbeing. • 6 sessions targeting adults aged 25-55 years old focusing their mental wellbeing, breaking the stigma, engaging with partners and professional in the field.
