Covid Memorial (Remembering Together Dundee)

We are applying for this grant to cover the majority of costs* quoted for accessible footpaths that will make up a new covid memorial for Dundee. The covid memorial will take the form of a labyrinth and memorial garden at a brand-new site in Coldside; situated on the corner of Caird Avenue and Moncur Crescent.

The requested grant of £32,700 would cover: site preliminaries (including project management, staff costs, site security and any traffic management required), clearance, excavation/disposal, and CEDEC Surfacing for the footpaths. *We will be applying for further funding to purchase the steel footpath edging, as we recognise that this is a city-wide project.
