Electrical light connection to Christmas tree

The Alec Craigie Community Green is used for a variety of community events and the community had a Christmas tree planted a couple of years ago. We would like a grant to pay for an electrical connection to the tree which will allow us to put up lighting every year for the Christmas period. We will also use the connection for power at other events.
