Replenishing De-Fibrillatory pads and batteries

We are requesting funding for 8 replacement battery and pad packs for the 8 community access defibrillators across the North East. Defibrillators rely on working batteries and in-date pads to function. Pads expire and batteries lose charge over time, meaning the equipment can become unreliable if they are not replaced.
