Coldside Resources and Vouchers

To buy resources for our Youth Diversionary groups that run 4 days a week in the Central area. The groups that will benefit from the resources purchased will be Monday – Girls Group, Tuesday – P7 afterschools club and evening boys group, Wednesday – Youth Drop In, Thursday – St Martin’s P7 group. Resources will also be used to support small targeted group work in St Peter & Pauls, Our Lady’s and Rosebank primary schools alongside any 1-1 support we give to young people throughout the year. We are looking to purchase arts & crafts materials to cover all groups including resources for holidays throughout the year. For example, Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day. This gives the young people an opportunity to create, handmade personal gifts to those in their families where money may be limited. We are looking to purchase new sports equipment to replace lost or damaged pieces that have been used over a long period of time. At each evening provision, the use of the gym hall encourages young people to exercise in fun, free programmes.
