Our Dighty

Providing a series of free craft workshops and events. This will be done with community groups in the North East to recreate images of ‘Our Dighty’, what the Burnie means to people through artworks and craft pieces, based on people’s thoughts and feelings. The aim is to enhance people’s wellbeing while connecting people so that they can enjoy the benefits of Dighty’s green space and bring it to life in people’s awareness. The project is also designed to enhance interest and encourage people to access to their local green space on the doorstep and help its preservation.
