Men’s Group

CET facilitate a drop-in Men’s Group which runs every Friday 10-11:30am. The group was set up as direct result of a consultation which stated men in Coldside felt lonley, isolated, struggled with low mental health, struggled with current substance use, or are in recovery. The group supports the men by providing a safe and welcoming space with activities, hot breakfast, teas/coffees, monthly free health checks and sharing information on local events
