Garden Furniture Refurbishment

Brington Complex has a large garden area with a variety of benches and other wooden furniture.  Community Pay back teams are currently clearing and tidying the garden afterthe winter. They have offered to refurbish the furniture if tenants pay for the varnish.

The varnish is £50 per tin and staff estimate at least 3 tins possibly 4 will be required. Some of the furniture has not been treated for a few years so will need more than 1 coat.
